I was very disgusted with the bouncers behaviour on sat night 16th May 2009, a Friend was having their birthday at the venue and my name was put on the guest list. When approaching the club there was a huge line. I spoke to the bouncer and informed them that our names were on the guest list. His manner was obnoxious and rude and he pointed to everyone in the line and said "You see all these people they are on the guest list too". He did not check the guest list, he did not even ask for names. What I did note is that he let 5 other people in who had not lined and whom didn't have their name on the guest list.
What is the point in using your venue to host a party if you won't let the person's guests in and provide those guests with rude and disrespectful bouncers.
This was my first and last encounter at 7 unless there is some form of retribution, word of mouth does get around. People are always asking me for clubs that I know of.
As a business what are you going to do to improve your service to patrons.

Hey People
Don't forget Tonight Montell Jordan will be live on stage in the main room doing
a full showcase of his hits.
We also have guest ol skool dj's Bobby Love - DJ-C in the lounge.
Upstairs will feature guest House dj Ganz.
This will be a capacity event so be sure to get down early and take advantage
also of the drink specials!
Note the playground crew will be pulling the curtain on seven nightclub next
Friday the 5th of MAY.
